Meet Our Team

Alvin McQueen is talented manager and entrepreneur.

Over the past 25 years, his travels have taken him to Africa, Asia, Australasia, The Americas and Europe, experiencing many different cultures and their unique style of hospitality.

Alvin has managed and served at prestigious corporate dining events and organisations, such as, London Business School and The Brit School of Performing Arts. In addition, Alvin has also had the privilege of serving HRH, Queen Elizabeth II, aboard the famous QE2.

Louise is an internationally trained chef with a wealth of experience behind her, having worked with some of the world’s most renowned chefs, such as Mark Gregory and Marco Pierre White.

For over 28 years, Louise has worked globally for clients, such as Shell, Chelsea Hotel, Connaught Rooms, Four Seasons, Hilton Group. She is currently serving at corporate high table events within government.

In her career, Louise has also won numerous national and international chef awards.

Chris has been gourmet chef for over 14 years. He is passionate about flavour and choosing the right ingredients to bring out the best in his food.

His extensive knowledge about ingredients, their history and their traditional uses, adds to his absolutely delicious and hearty African vegan food. Chris wholeheartedly believes in eating naturally without compromising on taste

His unique recipes have garnered media interest, the like The River cottage on Channel 4, and healthy food articles in Glamour Magazine.
