Chick pea and garlic

1 Red Onion

1 Large Cup of Chick Peas (soaked overnight)

4 cloves Garlic

2 Potatoes

2 Cups of Water

Veg Stock

Sweat your onions, chickpeas and potatoes down in a saucepan with vegetable stock and then add garlic. You can either blend to finish or serve as it is.
